Important Information
π Booking Requirements
Custom trips require at least 2 weeks advance notice (longer for peak season). Deposit required to secure your date. Final numbers and payment due 7 days before your trip.
π₯ Group Size & Composition
Minimum 6 people. Age requirements depend on trip type (typically 5+ for gentle trips, 12+ for more adventurous). Mixed ability groups are welcome - we'll plan accordingly.
π¦οΈ Weather & Cancellations
We operate in most conditions. If we need to cancel due to safety concerns, we'll reschedule or provide full refund. Groups can reschedule up to 7 days before for a small fee, or cancel for 50% refund (14+ days notice = full refund).
